Why is the video sped up? If you slow it down you can clearly see the cager's fault. Rider got target fixation, he should have gone around the van and carried on his commute./jk
 
Its hard to muster any sympathy for the rider in this short video, I feel sorry that this idiot ruined someone's day but crashing into thier car. :wtf
