MotoGP Round 6 - Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya - Barcelona, Spain *Spoiler Possible*

I kind of doubt Barcelona can match Le Mans, but I hope so because the French GP was THE SHIT!!!

Standings:


We know Marc is out.
We know Martin is now rolling.
We know Aprilia is fucking rolling.
We know they are even 1 -2 in the Team standings.
We know that Pedro keeps hanging tough and he took 4th here last year (the Beast was 3rd).
We know that Fabio somehow is getting the Yamaha into the top 10. (He took 5th here last year)
We know that Honda is making strides and Mir will probably crash at least once.
We know that A. Marq won here last year too.
We know that Ai was top Aprilia last year with a 6th.

We know that there will be an awesome fan fest and the crowds will be crazy!!


I don't expect that Bez and Jorge will be this far back at the start this year.



Fridays weather could be playing a role in qualifying, but race days look OK.



Maybe some history to get the juices flowing.

I miss the Doctor.

A. Marq and his bro dominated the home GP. I am not sure Alex can duplicate that with the Aprilia's doing so damn well.




I do expect Ducati to be stronger here, but I also expect that Aprilia is not going to lay down and we will see some great racing.

we watched “Silver Dream Racer” at the clubhouse on Wednesday night, which I can’t believe I’d never seen before. made in 1979, it had wonderful stuff from the ‘79 500 GP at Silverstone … so much fun seeing those racers not even trying to drag a knee, let alone dragging elbows and shoulders.

go Aprilia … although I voted for Mr Pedro and KTM.

KTM is doing shit!!! Pedro P-1 / Binder P- / Beast P-11 barely missed out.
JMart heading to Q1 crash

Ai Ogura heading to Q1 crash but Bez and Raul are thru to Q2.
Zarco and Mir through to Q2. Mir kept is amazing record intact by crashing again.

Miller and Fabio Q through to Q2
Peco just missed out, but AMarq (2) & Digi (6) kept Ducati sort of smiling.


2 KTMS / 2 APES / 2 HONDA'S AND 2 YAMAHA'S makes it seem like the bikes are closer than we know they are.
