smartphone definitely makes it easier, but it's not a necessity. i just (finally!) got one a couple weeks ago; up to that point, i've been doing the "snap picture, get to computer to post" thing.

For Sure,
you can also catch up to me on Thursdays at Fremont Bike night but looks like this Thursday's is not scheduled.
I had to bust out my Nikon SLR set to a long exposure to get the low light tree with no leaves and train car with graffiti. But it's usually Iphone4 + Photo bucket app.
we can all use this game as a great excuse to buy cool cameras and phones.
