Picking a specific location/place as a challenge does not make sense for this game.
 
No bar & grills with cat in the name around here. Guess I'll wait until the next one.
 
Old Challenge: GTI or Bar and Grill

You know you're getting old when you're casing parking lots looking for a GTI and then it dawns on you that, DOH! Landlords grandson has a GTI!

Per rule of using Photo Shop, I don't think I went over the lines of the rule of using a photo editing software to distort the plate to respect privacy.

I'll leave that up to you folks for a ye or nay.

Uh, okay. I saw people resurrecting past challenges not finished. My bad I guess. *shrug*
 
If a challenge sits too long, we will call it "expired" and change it to something else. Once one has been deemed expired, it's over, there's no going back to it. I'm thinking what you saw were ones that sat for a long time but never got changed and then finally someone came along and got it? If not, can you please point out the challenge and post number where this happened? I can't recall anything like that myself, and I've been following this game from the beginning.
