Jeez, I just looked back at the first post and realized that this thing has been going for OVER A YEAR! :wow C'mon guys, let's pick it up a bit. The game ends when we hit 250 challenges, right? We need more participation. It's summer, isn't everyone out riding just about every day?!

Next: your bike and a billiards/pool hall.

It may not look like it from the outside, but if you Google "Luckeys Eugene OR" they describe themselves as a pool hall.

The only thing separating this fine car wash from Zoom Cycle on El Camino is an adult video arcade. I'm not sure what that is exactly, and I declined to enter and find out.

Honestly I think its because of the scores... Correct me anyone if I am wrong but if you jumped on here and saw 2 players with 30-40 points already would you basically say screw it?
 
Nope. Still plenty of time to get in the top three before we hit 250.

Page 1 rules say: "After 3 days the person who made the challenge can post their own picture and pick another topic."

It hasn't been three days and you didn't post your own pic.
 
It also says If a challenge is not met after 3 days and the original poster has not named a new challenge then the first of the top 3 players to login can name a new challenge

cool picture, but i don't see a plane...i think you're confusing the rules of this one (your bike and xxx item) with the other photo tag threads (name the location).
