This guy works at the shopping center right by my house. Bentley is from England I believe

next.. One lane bridge

There's a Cadillac that can do that, and I wouldn't call THAT a sportscar.

No doubt the Bentley is expensive and fast, but not sure it's really a sportscar.

One of those cadillacs has a corvette engine in it and the other is the v-spec CTS which has a turbo/supercharger. To me that would be considered a sports car but I see where you're going with this

I'd vote yes for the Bentley being a sports car, didn't say it had to be a race car

In that case, I withdraw my "no" (which wasn't really a no, just questioning if a 2-door "saloon" car counted as a sportscar).

Your bike and a one-lane bridge.

That Bentley is not a sports car. A WO Bentley era car could be a sports car, but that's not. Yes, it is fast, in fact faster than a whole lot of cars I'd call "sports cars", but speed alone does not a sports car make. I vote no.

Carlo, you're a day late and a dollar short. It has been approved by way of three yes votes

Also, if

then you should clarify what you believe makes a sportscar. Posting why you believe it fails or any information would be cool. Wikipedia says:

A sports car (or sportscar or sport car) is a small, usually two seat, two door automobile designed for performance driving and maneuverability.[1] Sports cars have been either spartan or luxurious, but good handling and minimum weight are requisite

I think it undoubtedly fits as a sports car, but that's just my 4 cents.

Let's see it folks, Your bike and a one lane bridge!

I guess we differ in our interpretation of "sports car", just as there are some definite gray areas in what is a "sportbike." The requiste lightweight per your definition is missing in the Bentley. A Corvette or Cayman weighs half as much as the Bentley. THREE Lotus Elises don't weigh as much as that Bentley. Anyway...

Just butting in here that Bentley is more of Sport-Luxury than a real sports car. Oh and I wanted to ask does a land bridge count????
