I could see doing this in any European country, only because people there actually take driving seriously. Everyone is paying attention to the road (for the most part)

Pulling that stunt on an American freeway? That would be suicide...
 
Not sure how after seeing that anyone wouldn't turn around.

Saw a Motor Cop pushing a minivan on the Bay Bridge a few weeks ago and still feel bad for not stopping to lend a hand.

The guilt if some poor person committed suicide and I could have prevented it would be consuming.
 
perhaps late night since there doesn't seem to be a huge wave of cars on the freeway. Great gesture overall though. I hope years from now he will see this video and reunite w/the biker who talked him out ofjumping...pending he doesn't do any future attempts.
