This is kinda sorta maybe newbie friendly. Ride at your own risk.

Be advised: You could DIE!!! or be seriously injured, or have fun, or maybe giggle a few times......

Hamilton is a very technical, steep, tight, twisty road with gravel in some corners,
wildlife (tarantulas, snakes, boar), crazy tourists, even crazier locals,
bicyclists, suicidal squirrels....and other motorcyclists.

If you are unable to maintain control of your motorcycle I urge you to go ride hwy 9,
emergency personnel in that area are for closer to respond and used to cleaning up the mess.:(
Hamilton is actually an easy road if you take your time, chill and cruise up safely.

Meet 10am @ Cap bux
map to capbux

Ride leaves at 1030am sharp.
map of route
A. Meet spot.
B. Observatory
C. End of ride (we may grab food after)

In* to sweep the C group! :twofinger

*Hope my bike starts :x

i live thirty minutes from the libmo side of mines. maybe i'll leave early, and make the run to the observatory, and ride back with your group.
that's kinda early for a sunday, but not too bad.
we'll see.

What, you never heard of 'screaming yellow meemies'?? :x

The fact that it's got 163 hp and 80lb/ft of torque, a 13:1 compression ratio, an 11K redline, wheelies at will, and does a 0-60 in 2.63 seconds means power, baby, POWER... :laughing

And I bring my first aid kit, flares, and a FindMeSpot... :twofinger :laughing

wow, I only have a pathetic 34hp 400cc's, 0-60 in just under 11 minutes.....please wait for me at the top.:teeth

Well, we'll let you be part of the group, but you have to be up there in front of everybody so your shame is evident to all... :laughing

As far as being sweep, it's a personality disorder with me. I call it 'caretaker mode'. I've got the tools & skills, and if there's an accident, I would rather get there fast and careful than have to turn around, losing valuable time.

If I get some christmas money I can fill up my tank and if i can fill up my tank i can meet you guys and ride hamy. :)

Filling up the tank should be no more than $10.. $12 max. :rolleyes

See you guys there! :ride

lookin good, see you guys Sunday.

weather says slight chance of rain, eh, I'm in rain or shine! :party

I'll probably meet you guys at Junction or Observatory. I have a slow 450cc ,48hp orange turd....these guys on fancy smanzy high powered 100+ sportbikes will be bored waiting or us. :rolleyes :teeth

I am not going to the junction, just the top, chill there and back to SJ.

Others may tho, so we'll see.

I guess I'm in Mikey. A group? B group? Bueller?

Definitly maybe in! It can't top last weeks ride though...

Take my route down to meet at SJ:

Norris Canyon (Bollinger to Crow Canyon side) to Palomares to Calaveras to Felter to the *$. Gas up and play on Hamilton, rinse & repeat backwards. :teeth

Cool MIke,
I maybe in for this.. Any chance we can make it all the way to the Junction?

You won't be alone, some will want to so I'm sure a group will go there, but I doubt I will.:)
