YES! definitely a strong influence in my life. It wasn't until I saw them in concert in 1977 at the Oakland Arena in the round that I realized that they sounded so much better loud. I was a quiet listener up to that point.
Jon Anderson made a Solo album, very solo, he played all the instruments. Olias of Sunhillow, I was hoping he'd play something from that album when we saw him.

I saw them at Foothill College Cafeteria before they put out the first album. Capacity was 90 lucky people.

I was in 9th grade. Several parents drove a bunch of us up there.
