Anyone's thoughts on Draymond sucker punching Jordan Poole?

Before the video when you hear teammates punching each other it envisioned something small. The video makes it much more worse. It was an attack.

I know MJ punched Steve Kerr but without a video we have no clue on how severe it was.

It's also odd in that it was a closed practice and the video got leaked to TMZ. Initial rumors are a low level video douche took the $$ (150k reportedly) and leaked it. What if the Warriors leaked it themselves? Discipline Draymond socially. I think that's 100% possible with the assumption this isn't the only practice Draymond has exploded and that they don't plan to give him an extension OR know he wants to join his boyfriend Lebron.

It's also hard to discipline via suspensions or $$$ these millionaires. Many make more $$ outside of the game anyway.

Yup, can't excuse Draymond at all, but if you (JP in this case) push someone you should expect some sort of reprisal, shouldn't you?

The team is capable of taking care of it, and I'm sure they will. This video is a sideshow. Maybe they were arguing Michigan vs Michigan State football?

Fining does what? These guys make millions and it's nada to them. If I was kerr I bench him for a set # of games, make him go to anger management and team building classes and donate time back to community, trash pickup or beach pickup or clean up some trails. Then make him sit through dui classes as another punishment.

You don't throw your entire body weight in a punch towards your own teammates, other team sure but you broke code when you do it against your own team, regardless if poole just slept with your sister and dumped her or some crazy shenanigans

You got it wrong man. Poole standing there minding his own business. Dray charges and is forehead to forehead. Of course your gonna push the person away. The. Draymond goes Superman right punch and then continues forward for more. Lucky Poole wasn’t in the middle of the court, could have been much worse.

Poole is not AT ALL at fault for Draymonds sucker punch.

100% and I think the Warriors (Kerr and Meyers and Lacob) put the video out so the public could see it’s not lineman hitting each other with pads on. Poole was defenseless.

Honestly it’s up to Poole what happens. He can demand a trade. He and Draymond have extensions coming. As much as I feel Dray is needed for a championship, can’t condone that. Send his ass to Detroit. Not to his boyfriend Lebron. I don’t see Dray being successful on any other team.

Wrong again. Dray before the assault wasn’t getting a max extension anyway. Poole at 23 and on the ascent in his career is worthy of a deal better than Tyler Hero (4/$130m). That’s more than Dray by a lot too.
