Newbie Freindly Loop Ride 1/11 Saturday

Good call, wouldnt be much of a "newbie" ride, when the loop is wet, its sure a mess.....

Sorry to disappoint SeanT but Im just looking out for everyone and theyre SAFETY....

I rather cancel an entire ride than risk even one person from injury due to a ride I may hold under conditons that can be avoided....

Besides, I would never hold a "SURVIVAL DEATH RIDE" for anyone, especially to those who are just starting out with positive enthusiasm to our sport...

Have great weekend ...

That was a joke. I'm sure cancelling it is the best for now:)

Next time I'll include the smiley ;)

Right on John! Looks like we'll be out of town this weekend, but the two weekends after, I'll be here for sure!

IF any of you still decide to go up there, BE careful on 35 about 10 minutes before Alices. It is the turn entering the last set of switchbacks. It's a dark section where you enter a right then left. Sorry I cannot give a more detailed description, but there is a MAJOR wetspot there with patches of mud. Me and my friends rode there last week, we all hit it and our tires kicked out on us. Lucky for us we werent going that fast.

Let me know wassup with this ride, this sounds interesting and it's about time I came out to a meet.

Yep, the rain is back.

This weekend is better spent enjoying fresh powder in the Tahoe area. ;)

Hopefully next weekend will work out better for the newbie ride
