You're not just sharing it with them, you're sharing it with anyone that can circumvent their access controls.

So, you can take the photo -- but don't sync it to any online service, email it, etc.

The downside of all this "just works" technology is it enables people to use it who don't necessarily understand the ramifications.
 
I must say I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the photos.

I've met a number of lady's celebrities in person - some way past their prime - and they still have that striking look. Tricia Helfer being the most beautiful person I've ever seen - much prettier in person than as a Cylon on tv. This despite being dressed down.

It kind of feels like these photos are comic like when Jason Segel shows his pecker.
 
Amazed so many people have these photos / videos of themselves in the first place. Guess I live a tame life? :dunno

Dick move to hack and share though, no matter how you feel about the individuals featured.

I refer to security technology as a lock

They only keep honest people, honest.
 
So, since we've seen teenagers prosecuted for taking nudies of themselves in the US already...

Does this mean her counsel just outed her (or the original recipients) commission of a felony?
