In the first video he said he replaced his dirt bike with this wheel thing. He must not have been riding his dirt bike very well. I only saw him ride the wheel on a smooth, not-steep walking path in the video. A dirt bike will gobble up terrain that you’d have to pick up the battery wheel and walk over.

Yeah the trails looked pretty smooth but he was moving along pretty well. I wonder how well it goes over whoops, I'd imagine if you didn't whiz over the them you'd just superman off of it.

It is impressive how fast it can go on smooth ground. After seeing him face plant a few times because the pegs caught, I still don’t want to trade my dirt bike for it!

My husband walking in the other evening with out take-out bag and wide eyes. He said, "That guy just delivered our food on an electric unicycle." So, it's a "thing"?

Haha yeah I went to a bike party with my Sur Ron one time and there was this dude whizzing around on one, it's crazy it's like they were flying or hovering up to like 30mph!

When I was in college, my girlfriends and I were sitting in the quad trying to be seen and "taking in the sites." This weirdo who always cruised around on a unicycle rode by clearly looking for attention. One of my friends said, "I'd never have sex with a guy who rode one of those." :laughing We all were in agreement.

Off road unicycling is a thing, so I'm sure the e version is just around the corner. To each their own but my take has always been along the lines of, why though?
