Im picking up a set of forks with Ohlins Cartridges installed and a Ohlins triple adjustable rear shock thats over sprung for my weight.

I have a .95 spring for the rear that I would need swapped out. also on the rear shock, when the seller was removing from his bike he bent the rear preload adjustment tube...the small steel braided line, he says that it needs to be replaced and that a VERY small amount of Oil leaked out.

To have the spring replaced, rear shock repaired, and the front forks setup properly for my weight...where the best place to go?

I wish I already had the parts with me, Ill have them in about 1 and a half weeks, cause then I could just take them to Dave Moss on the 17th @ T-Hill :(

Kyle Racing

if any body has the equipment needed to service ohlins equipment it will be him

he can also get you the correct valving as well

there is a major difference between the valving of a race vs street vs track day setup

having a poorly setup ohlins might as well be a stock suspension

well thats not going to work...hes leaving for testing for two weeks :cry

well I called Dan Kyle, and he quoted me $35 for the hose, and $70 to install the hose and rear spring.

seems im going to have to ship it to him since he is like 150 miles from my house!

i've worked with dan both as a customer and as a dealer

he maybe old school and a hard ass but he runs a tight ship

its just 4 of them that take care of an entire country and they rarely ever miss on delivery dates

trust me, if u send it to dan, you won't have to worry about it or anything and before you know it he'll have charged your card and sent your suspension back

Phil at Aftershocks is the man! Take it to him and he will make work perfect for your weight and riding style. The guys work has been seen at Isle of man for chist sake! Not to mention multiple championships in the AFM. :thumbup
