pepper sprayed for "walking too close"

The dude that got pepper sprayed should be able to pepper spray the cop back and then they can call it even and everyone can get over the mistake.

Think of it like a penalty kick in soccer.

Bet part not shown tells the real story. By usual tactics, protestors pushed the issue. Passively walking close and closer to the police line.

Heh can appreciate the Policewoman had the last word among a bunch that like to hear themselves. The one turns to try to reason knows its futile, the lady is pissed. :laughing

Except for the fact that the status quo is not ipso facto wrong. Not referring to this situation in particular, but sometimes the way things are is a good thing.
 
cops these days seem to be getting a little to edgy, maybe they should take up meditation or yoga.

It's interesting to see the other cop just standing their chill, and her freaking out, shouting and start spraying.
 
Ya k ow, if this would have hapoened in '97 or in a time of less media coverage it probably would have been a non issue. Chalk it up to being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Now, dude is probably going to win the $500k He's suing for. I think im ok with that.

That would save the taxpayer a ton of money, and probably do more to curb excessive or unnecessary roughness more than payouts from the city fund.
