So I grew a bunch of peppers this year. Poblano, serrano, cowhorn, cubano, tabasco, banana and, jalepeno. A pretty good crop which gave me a lot of hot sauce. I also came up with my own recipe for peppers medley-
1 of each pepper sliced into matchsticks
garlic chopped
fry up in pan with corn oil
add boiled spaghetti
add 1 or 2 cooked chopped chicken breast
add 2 tsp soy
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
A little sweet, a little heat. Everybody happy!

Nice. Living on the east coast, our crop has come and gone...just threw out our tomato plants and planted the garlic...that recipe sounds yummy!

I failed to plant anything this year. This thread is making me regret that decision.

Any tips? I want to start some peppers and other veggies in my side garden here in a bit.

Start in the mid-late spring. Miracle grow actually works. I like pots because you can move them into the sun. And, watch out for Torts!(turtle pfhhhg)

Nice!! I pickled peppers for the first time this year. They're already gone :teeth

Maybe some turtle sauce?
