Photos of your bike on location

A cap and a cookie in Stinson today. Mine’s the Ape.

Met the owner (not pictured) of the Yami - firefighter in my little town, coincidentally - and the gent just off the bench in cycling attire, who turned out to be the singer/guitarist/songwriter for Pablo Cruise. Cool guys and a great day.

On location at work with all the other cool kids. Just got the title transferred on my new to me NX650 from Idaho. I was sweating bullets when they did the VIN check and asked about my emissions equipment. "I know nothing" and "Those are the stock mufflers" is what I told them.

I also had it out the other day for some SF beauty shots.

That's a cool bike! Needs some Barkbusters though.

If I had that bike, I'd be hard-pressed not to do something like this: https://www.bikeexif.com/honda-nx650-dominator-rally

Good catch! I just got them yesterday and will convert signals to LED front and rear with integrated signals in the bark busters and low profile ones in the rear.

It's super fun around the city.

Just edited my post above and added a link where someone did a SWEET build on their NX650!

That was the grand era of "WTH is Honda thinking". They had that (a night quite really dirt ready not quite dirt bike), the CB-1, GB500, Hawk GT. Just all sorts not quite mainstream models in that time.

Edit: Oh yea, the Pacific Coast! (!!) (!!!)

Bear Valley

At the osprey nest again for a rest break. You can see a young osprey sitting in the nest, probably waiting for its parents to bring it more fish.

Bear Valley Road. That is Clear Creek next to the road.

That's the road we came up, down in the valley there.

This is Bear Valley, at about 6500 feet. Nobody lives up there and it's a beautiful place.

Back at Avalanch Alley again (was there a week ago on the other bike). Don't know if this big pile of snow will be melted before the next snow comes.

Waiting to get through the one-lane section in Lowman. There were probably half a dozen one lane sections of road on this ride. All the others had flagmen.

Friday nite lights,
On my way home after dinner, and poking around nite spots, bands playing.
I took in the couple of extra miles, up Mingus, for reflection.

I like the last one, I did bring a bit of foreground into it, it was all silhouette,
