Photos of your bike on location

Oh yeah, there's a thread just for pictures of a bike on location.

My new to me duc after some rehab after purchasing.
Fired up for the first time yesterday and rode around the block so why not go out for 300 hard twisty mountain miles today...

My happy place road, hwy 49

From the gold lakes highway went up to Quincy (yawn, also icky road construction delays)
Then drop down La Porte Road to Oroville,
Then back up from Oroville to Quincy on Bucks Lake Road .

Then just 89 back to Truckee because I was toast. A good day. A little warmer than I would have liked down in the foothills. The new bike performed great, took me a little while to gel with how it handles, about halfway through it was all good.

Damn I want another Multistrada 🤦‍♂️

You don't say....

You don't say....

Which also just so happens to be a previous bike of the infamous @budman if I am not mistaken.

If I didn’t already have four motorcycles taking up my garage I might not mention it…
Damn I want another Multistrada 🤦‍♂️
I just want to try one out for a day or two…

You don't say....

Yeah...i know...😕 i can't justify it

My friend's wife came out when I was over his house with the new duc and asked why I got another motorcycle and what it is for exactly.

We both just stared at her in silence, neither of us could understand the sounds coming out of her mouth.
In my wife's defense, the two European motorcycles (and collection of not-cheap bicycles) already in my garage were all acquired with no matrimonial complaint or fuss.

From my annal pilgrimage to southwest Utah.
Gooseberry Road, beautiful sweepers with occasional tight hilly sections. A few weeks early for the Aspen fall foliage. Rode through the Pando Clone,

A definitive motorcyclist bucket list ride.

Just at the beginning of Peach Tree. In the shade waiting for friends to roll in from a HWY 25 run.

I most enjoyed strafing a mini van shortly before.
Sorry to the soccer mom for setting a bad example for your baby on board.

Ok not really. :laughing

Left another twofinger sweatband on 25.
Must remember to remove or zip tie them on when exceeding the speed limit a bit.

Got out for a little fun yesterday, Pinehurst Road.

Redwood Road was excellent too but it couldn't be bothered to stop for a picture... great day for a ride.
Those are fun roads for the push bikes too!

Speaking of which, this is a gentle reminder to all to please be mindful of cyclists out there. We cyclists love a lot of the same roads we motorcyclists do, and for the same reasons. And you never know...that spandex-clad geek on a road bike that you're cursing inside your helmet just might be a fellow rider and BARFer.
