~Pics from the up north tard ride!!! dirt, goats, mud 2/17-18~

great pics, looks like a lotta fun. i bet my speed trip would suck to pull out of the mud. =)

curious - what type of gear is the guy in the grey + red rocking? looks dope.

I can't look at the pictures right now, but I had red/black on (on a grey bike). It's just a Joe Rocket one piece leather. Nothing special, works well enough.

Was it someone else you were asking about? If so, maybe someone who can actually load the pictures (dang dial-up) can answer his question for him?

i thin khis name is eric? it's a greay with red stripes textile setup. looks like bmw..

I think he's running an Aerostitch. You can PM "EF4i" and ask him directly if I'm wrong....

Definitely a lot more suited to Super-Moto riding than a freakin' leather!

That's the Rev'it Off-Track Jacket and Dakar pants.

I picked them up at Motostrano, and I'm really happy with the combo. The jacket held up well to a 30mph lowside on pavement. I throw them in the wash after particularly nasty rides.

You guys musta been giggling like teenage girls on that ride.

Very impressive; don't know if I'm motardish enough to join in that kinda slop...but why the bikes in the motel room??????????????????????

You can do it! The next time it won't be as muddy, but it will still be tardtastic!

Why in the room? We were in Fort Bragg, and the likely hood of a redneck rolling up with a truck and "borrowing" our bikes seemed high.

Plus, it's something tardish to do!

Oh, thank goodness. I was worried that y'all were, um, you know, funny.

Hey, wait a minute. I am a redneck. I drive a pick-up. Should I be offended?

I'd probably qualify by Marin or San Francisco standards as well and I also drive a pick up. Exactly why I knew the risks!

remember just as we were putting the bikes in the room some dude rolled up in his truck and asked me "if this was the gay <something> club meet?"...I was like "huh?" he repeats and I hear Garret say that's his dad, so I pointed him to their room were the meeting was taking place. :rofl

Cool of him to give us a ride to dinner and back, thanks again Garrets dad!!!

Well, I missed the one-month bump, so here's to 1 month and 3 days :cheers

I'm getting the itch again...

Your doctor can give you something for that.

I rode up at cow mtn. a couple of weeks ago and scoured out some goat trails for the next ride.

:applause

any ideas on the next date???
plenty of warning is best so we can plan for it.
I doubt any more will show, we left out the nasty gory scary pics so everyone thinks it was just a fun ride, some new folks will be in for a ......treat!:shocker
