portal.php WTF...... do i want to save the file?

aite guys iv been logging on THE 600rr.net fourm for over couple of years UNTIL two days ago .
Now that try to go the site this php. file download comes up. iv download it but cant seem to find the program to open it
I thought that maybe i had done something to my laptop.So i go over my firends house and the samething came up

any help here would be thanked

Something is wrong with their site. PHP is a language used to communicate amongst MySQL databases, which most forum softwares are written. Normally the php files get information from the tables in the databases, in this case posts, and prints them out to an HTML file, which is what we read here. It seems something got messed up on their end, and I'm sure someone is working to fix it. Try back in a little bit.
