that's crazy!
I've rented and ridden that 1050, on a long trip two-up.

No! It's not something you can fudge your way through? How about scan docs online and register without going there? Just....out-villain them.I'm going to put the Triumph Tiger up for sale. I simply don't have the patience to deal with DMV. And quite frankly, it isn't the right bike for me. It's a tall bike and while that is all I have ever really ridden, this one is heavy and I'm too old to deal with it. I bought new grips and brake lever so my tiny hands can reach the front brake. But after my third failed DMV visit (for no other reason that time), I've decided I don't have the energy, desire, or patience to get this registered. So if any of you guys want it, let me know. I paid $2,500 bucks for it, have already thrown an additional 200 bucks in parts into it, and haven't even ridden it yet.
I'd love to get the 2500 bucks back. It's a great bike in great condition. 2008 Triumph Tiger 1050, 29k miles. Putting it here before I post in the classifieds or trade it in on a new bike. I will never buy another used vehicle for this exact reason. CA DMV can suck my balls.
