it hurt like a motherfucker when it came out but it’s been hurting for a while so i think now that pain is over. it means ill be able to do planks and other poses more easily when doing yoga type things.

so I got home after a walk outside, saw a cat in a building - it apparently walks all over the block, the owner "just lets her out". Well golly this was a closed club -- so we nudged and directed her towards the door outside.
