Balanced the one front wheel, NGL , was apprehensive of going . Was not expensive . Oh well… no chance of doing a highway test to see if the front still vibrates (gently).

2 for 7 is a bit pricey in my view but not too egregious. we used to have a yearly fundraiser in college where we sold 3 for 5. Selling at the 5 dollar price point cut down on dealing with change and breaking bills. It's just rice, spam, soy sauce and furikake. Some of the cheapest stuff you can buy.

I also bought a $15 box o' (insert homeboy Japanese Hawaiian dish name here) chicken , cabbage and Rice ... this is the prices in San Francisco 😢

HEY but at least they had a big computer/tablet to order the food 🙃 😡

Brother's ex just texted me he showed up at her home banging on the door and just barely left before the cops arrived.

The guy needs to be in some kind of institution... whether that be the VA hospital, a normal citizen mental hospital, or just straight up jail. He is not okay and this is situation is getting ugly... He's making it very clear he should not be left to his own devices.
 
There are 4 suites upstairs. 3 are leased so I am a landlord. I looked at remodeling things to get the building up to speed when I vacate 5,000 SF. $250K at least plus all the other upgrades the City will require. Figured $350K. Ran #'s on rents which are sort of shitty right now and it just did not make sense to go into debt on the building when I owe zip and then deal with the hassles of being a landlord.

The office market has sucked since Corona sucked us all into hell. At one point I had almost all the first floor populated. 9 of us.
Pandemic took away 5 between losing work, retiring and actual loss of life. I really did not feel like trying to build it back again and just felt like cruising it out. The profit part was close actually when I stopped paying myself rent :laughing

3 of us will retire and 1 guy I am looking to find a job for soon. I want to help him settle into a new gig.

Long term the building would make sense, but I have not got a lot of long term left. :afm199

the Corona-time reason may be true but I'm hella surprised that in your town or location that nobody will be taking the office space like hotcakes.

Ooh, it's MV, not PA? I heard MV may have had a problem, they have DECADES of Office/Warehouse Space, but, they haven't built enough living spaces for people.

Then again, mine are just pedestrian/🚃/🚗 ruminations.

In my field that means hanging on during a transition. If it was strong like eight years ago. Sure. Be worth it. Now…. Maybe decent but not big and I don’t want to work for anyone else.
