The bitch of it is, he was hired into an existing criminal enterprise without knowing it. But when he discovered what was going on, he chose to keep quiet about it... for a price, of course. :facepalm
 
Oh Marin County! Zero Waste Marin sends a notice, shop has failed to comply with mandatory composting service. I call using the “I’m in no mood” voice, fella on the other end offers up a waiver but he needs proof that there’s no food waste in the garbage. Yes, I did just send photos of the inside of recycling bins and detailed photos of our garbage :facepalm

I'm having coffee and have been out of bed already. Looks like nice weather today so things will likely be busy at the shop, at the same time, I'll be doing my first hydraulic brake install on a new bike. Apparently they ship with the lines filled and you just cut to length and install. I can't fathom how this works without introducing air into the system, but I'll learn how (or not) today I suppose.
