Post / Chat whores post here (2026)

When I was a kid in Washington, we would go the indian reservation and buy all kinds of fireworks. On eyear, my neighbor (whose parents always bought him a ton of shit) decided to start things off with a nice simple sparkler, while standing right next to his big giant bag of goodies. Needless to say, one spark led to another and his entire bag went up like the greatest grand finale ever. He cried.
I did something similar once, cousin and I in Montana had each bought 1000 fire cracker strings. I was pulling them off one by one to light but in a hurry had the punk in my hand. It lit the main fuse and he still remembers me running past him at full tilt saying run! Next thing 2000 firecrackers were gone. It was impressive, but so was the required cleanup, and I had to buy him another round of firecrackers which fully depleted my summer allowance.

We have quite a bit of family in Canada. When i was a kid in North Dakota, our vehicles and campers were outfitted will all sorts of spots to hide things we brought across the border for them that were cheaper in the US: booze, cigarettes, laundry detergent, feminine hygiene products, and fireworks. I don't know how many thousands of fire crackers and bottle rockets we smuggled over during those years. I can still smell the whisky and gunpowder

Butch will have real photos. Good time.

Congrats B & B.

absolutely cracking up a little , that , one was saving on THOSE littl' products... :)

I would have thought only low-end Euro and other-continent countries did that. Ask .. someone how they know. : |

Then there's the small issue of driving with 30% of your windshield obscured, in a Miata :rofl This is what I saw today... hope they don't hit no-one.

I saw a a cow on a sea of grass
like a ship upon the ocean
like a cow upon a sea of grass
as the wind blew the sea of grass it made a waving motion
as the wind blew across the sea of grass
and I thought that someday I could be the captain of that cow
with a fireplace and tobacco in my quarters
and I could drink a lot and have vulgar thoughts
and pray for my salvation with nobody there to take my orders

At PT.

Been 3 weeks. We will see what the measuring stick has to say.

Early start to the weekend after getting into it with my boss. Apparently telling her in private that the data she shared with the team this week was wrong is not a good thing. Silly me for suggesting we should have actual numbers instead of made up BS numbers.

KALX just played "Clearest Blue" by Chvrches, I had to call the station and of course while I'm talking to the DJ Bolt the cat gets in my face and starts meowing.

Butch and Elfin: May you both be blessed with a lifetime of happiness and joy.
Thanks we are way happy right now. Heritage Grove was freaking awesome. It was a thing of beauty.
