Eh, in ~80 degrees in Colorado I could stand on wood just fine. Trex in the sun, even on cool morning was already starting to burn my bare feet. In the shade it was about the same as wood, but in direct sun that stuff is like walking on asphalt.
 
I read a lot of spy thrillers when I was young and was fascinated by their propensity to accept pain by continually testing their merit.

Growing up in Phoenix I'd continually pick up rocks and clasp them until they were no longer hot, then would get another rock and do the same with the other hand. I would also force myself to endure the extreme discomfort of going sans shoes on hot sidewalks and asphalt.

I still like standing barefoot on Very Hot things.

We’ve built many docks using Timber Tech not as slippery as Trex.
Synthetic or composite is definitely the way to go for long lasting bug and splinter free decking.

I’m cranky.
Routines are messed up, I’m surrounded by men who shove stuff out of the way and it pisses me by off.

Frustrated here.

City receipt went to Spam. I missed it. Delilah said she needs it now! So I went to the City to physically get it. Got it and asked them to email again. When I got back where da fook is it?? Spam. :facepalm

That took enough time and with the PG & E crap I lost my opportunity to go to the gym. :rant

Good news is MotoAmerica is keeping me company.

Also checked my tire pressures.
Kinda fun, I discovered that one of the dust caps was gone. Probably gone because I checked them last week. :facepalm .. :laughing
 
Sigh I just came home.

Had an outing to the tourist areas today. Saw an iPhone charging at a lamp post .

... Because someone had busted the side plate of the base and had hot wired the mains. : |
