I'm doing my best. I've never hit her and as nice as I can be, at best(worst) pushed her away because she insists on being in my way at [any given situation]. But rubbing her head or her tummy and saying shit like, "who's a good girl?" or whatever other bullshit, yeah, no... That's not me.

The dog deserves a better caretaker that isn't me. If my brother wasn't such a moron, this wouldn't even be an issue. I don't know all the details of my brother getting picked up and jailed but the best of my knowledge is it was a domestic violence and restraining warrant situation he could have easily avoided but does what he does always and step into the shit even though it's smelly and squishy. What did Mr. Miyagi say? "Best defense? Don't be there."

What I know, she is not exactly innocent. There is no excuse to put hands on a woman. I'm not victim blaming but there was a trap laid for him and he took the bait. She probably should have because maybe some nights in jail where he might be someone's girlfriend might change things.

I've heard my friends that are dog owners that their dog adopts some personality traits. She seems to have picked up some from him and they aren't ones that I like.

Moral of the story... I don't like my brother and I don't like that I'm caring for his fucking dog.

In general, I do not really like relish but in tuna salad it works.

I'm going to take my tuna salad out of the fridge and put a little bit more relish in and mix some to spite you and do a little dance while I'm doing it.

Well if there is a scale, karma has kicked me in the nuts more often than nought. But that's not that point.

I am being nice to the dog. I'm not a monster.

Never really understood why he named why he named the dog Paul. It was some anti-societal anti-social anti-norms to name his female dog Paul. Traditionally a man's name. That's a whole different topic.

Now I'm sounding like a bigot which is not my intent.

I wonder what the mother of my niece and nephew thinks of all this.

He is a narcissistic asshole.
Years ago I was knee deep (literally) in water and a coworker got a call to give me to the phone that I had to stop the work I was doing because my license was expired. Meaning I had to drive all the way from Santa Barbara to San Diego to sit in court and sign my signature on a few papers to prove I'm innocent. Which meant my brother somehow falsified my identity for whatever fuck up he did.

He won't be in jail forever but maybe this time to think about what he does and to whom and do things that are not all about him.

I don't know. It's a 3 person phone tag. He has limited phone time with my mom and then maybe I'll get a call or text from my mother about just what I need to know, if I need to know anything.

The last time he was in jail, it was in Orange County. It was 5AM. Mom called me to see if I could deal with... whatever the fuck he got into. Nope. Who gets a DUI at 5am?

He can fuckin rot in a cell for whenever he's officially convicted and after that.

For this current case.... Who the fuck puts hands on someone they claim to love or whatever?

There is no excuse, none at all.

The only time a woman gave me a black eye, it was my original dojo in the early 90s where we knew each other since we were kids and girls had cooties. When we were teenagers, we got after it. Get sloppy defense, get hit.

I try not to explicitly hate anyone. Hate is a strong word I only use for one person, she is not related to this topic.

I really dislike my brother. He is as he always done fucking EVERYTHING up all the opportunities, all the friends, all the family.

What do you think? might have some important introspective opinions before y'all go to sleep.
