I do not polish them, on that part I was being completely facetious.
I remove the casting marks and blatant imperfections, and smooth it out from the carb to the valve guides and leave the rest of it mostly rough to eliminate (or reduce) laminar flow / induce turbulence for better atomization / my dad's an engineer and he says it's not a triple so no worries.


But I freely admit I'm am shooting wildly in the dark. I have no real idea what I'm doing but it's a poorly-built Chinese 450 single so I'm not worried about altering flow values. :laughing
 
I don't really have much experience here but I'd leave em a little rough. Drag racing is a totally different ball game from just about every other form of combustion driven racing
 
I ordered a huge box of bolts so I can put the drz plastics back on. I think I’m going to take it to the shop and see what it will take to get it safe. Or at least not a death trap. It runs great. But the front forks are visibly leaking, the rear shock is non-existent, and the brakes don’t work. Other than that it’s solid. :LOL:

I power cleaned my room Saturday. Bathroom and my office, too. (The wife cares for the rest of the house)

I’m enjoying the fruits of that labor in the form of a clean bathtub that I’m soaking in. I just put my down comforter back on my bed. The cold is coming.

I am feeling much better today, did my exercises and am making my hamburgers.

Weight wise, I don’t know how I’m still 4lbs above where I was on Saturday. I emptied my stomach from both ends and didn’t eat anything for 30 hours :wtf as long as my clothes are fitting the same way I don’t care, it’s just interesting…

Good morning!!
Watched old movies w Step Mom last. Ight until 11PM then drove home. Woke up at 3 back to sleep.
Figuring out how to get up to Truckee back to Yep and pick up a sliding door shell for Pepper.

To tell you the truth , I did have an idea why was I awake at 2:30 and 3:30 and 4:30..
But it sucked too, or maybe more.

Simply because of headache and dehydration ..🤔. I'll be remembering that 4:30 aspirin for now 😳
 
I've been waking up at 4:30 for a while now. yesterday I slept in until 5:35, felt like retirement came early.
 
BTW , I think I've heard that despite upper ages, something like 6 or even 7 hours is usually not enough for a human sleep. Maybe more sleep is needed.
 
Look at me now, I bicycled to my.thing early today, only to have most or rain drizzle on me now 😳

Ugh, all five other bikes locked outside were electric:wow 🤔 two e-motos three vanmoof or aventon ebikes
