My girlfriend and I actually do babysit doggies onsite in the owners house. Probably a Max of 15 miles from San Francisco.

Found dog

So last Saturday my SO and I were taking our daily walk, this time we walked all the way to Irving and at the corner of Irving and 41st, there was a loose Pit Bull, brendle in color. At first he scared us as he was quite interested in Bella, so much so that when I picked her up, he jumped up on me to check her out. We were pretty nervous. I was able to get him to stay on the corner, while we just knew the owner would come out his front door any minute. No luck. As I stood with him, it became very clear that this young male puppy was quite friendly, and even had a little training. After about 10 minutes with no owner, I took off my belt and wrapped it around his collar so I could hold on to him. Well we started to get people from the neighborhood involved, (thanks Kit, Clancey, and the whole Clancey's crew) and after many calls to the humane society, animal care and control etc, 90 minutes later the owner walked up. He had been at the concert in Golden Gate Park and Rajja had gotten loose. He was so thankful we held onto him. As it turns out Rajja had walked from the concert, back home about a mile away. He was only 10 house down from his home when we found him. Thank goodness for a good outcome. Thanks to all who helped, or thought about taking him home until we found his owner! Yay! (Cool story bro)
