When my wife tries that on me, it doesn't usually come out as well as this.

Was the dog responding solely to verbal commands, or you do think the trainer was gesturing off camera?
 
Do doubt that dog is super-smart and amazing, but I'm sure there was a lot of hand gestures going on behind the camera, also.

She gets that being stepped on is not good and I don’t like it but it is a mental challenge for her.

Joy recently has discovered ladders and developed a new skill in Parkour :nchantr
Yesterday I caught her on the stacked up docks, the day before she was on top of the container.
A few weeks ago, dislocated leg and $1500 vet bill. : rolleyes

She is on rest supposedly. She has learned to unlock or climb out of the kennel. She was prescribed sedatives but the side affects aren’t good. We are going to buy a larger pool and setup some sort of treadmill device :dunno
