Post your Minis!

a few updated pictures of the Chaly.

converted the bars to fold downs, cut off the original headlight ears and put some CT ones on, changed the seat, started reworking the wiring and re-added some blinkers. Also just added a different exhaust. Also re keyed the bike.

It needs some body work real bad, but first thing is to get all the electrical working so i can get it though inspection and get the plate for it. It has temporary reg for the time being.

I'd see the biggest accomplishment with the bike is i pulled it out of hiding finally. Its been under the staircase for a while now.

cool bikes...well im putting off modding my XL75 (aka making it not original) and focusing on an XR100 i got. I plan to use one of the XL75's plates (i have 2 plated XL75's) for my 100. Its a honda Factory 100 frame, so the head has no VIN which should make it easy to slip thru and make it into an "XL75" haha.

as of now i got a KX80 front end (conventional forks, single piston disc.) and am painting the frame chevy orange...which is basically Tahitian Red. hopefuly it will look good with my red plastic ( i know it wont.) But heres my vision:

hmm, maybe my vision will appear on a computer that isnt 7 years old...

Yup all three are RS50s. The black one is all done and race ready the other two are at 80 and 60% done. I think any time you have more than one project you are never done.

Couldn't be more true. In my case, I'll get a bike, start a resto, then find a different one and try to juggle them both! I gotta stop surfing craigslist. :laughing

On the topic of the thread, sweet minis! I was hoping maybe some mini guys would have some info on some bikes I've been trying to track down, they are YSRs, one has a CB350 motor, it was on ebay, but then it just vanished. It looks awesome, and I wish I had more info on it. The other is a YSR with an RZ350 or Banshee motor in it, A guy I know has been looking for it for a while. Here is what they look like:

Let me know if you know anything about these bikes, or there whereabouts. :thumbup

YSR 50 MINI DRAG BIKE 350CC CUSTOM SPORT YSR50 JR NR
Vehicle Description

This is a YSR50 with a 4 cylinder Honda 350. There is over 2000 hours of custom fabrication on this race bike. It has NOS, air shifter with onboard compressor, custom 1 off vance and hines exhaust and many many more extras. The battery will need replacment. The engine runs fine, but it could use a light carb cleaning. I have not used the NOS or air shifter, but everything is there. This bike needs to be seen to appriciate the details that went into this project. CLEAR TITLE - STREET LEGAL. If you are in the Tallahassee, Florida it can be seen at - Orion Motorsports 1937 S. Monroe Street Tallahassee, FL 32301 we can ship for $525 east coast or $625 west coast

I just ordered one of these, I plan on getting it street legal.
In case your wondering the headlight, tail, and turn are mounted on my helmet and matching jacket. The gas tank is a modified camel back so it sits securely strapped to my backside.
I am not sure how to steer it or stop it, but I rode a shetland pony with ADD for two years, so I'm sure I'll figure it out.
I keeps it real beeoches...
