Actually, I live about 5 blocks from the Castro, so I was pretty much heading there.
My roommate looks pretty gay on the scooter. Plus he's gay, so he IS pretty gay on the scooter.
I'm trying to talk him into a full-face helmet right now. Honestly, if I owned that scooter, I'd have a full face helmet with a blackout/mirror visor and some way of obscuring the rest of my identity.

A+ dude, i was Not expecting that. I thought that if the bike is 2 stroke it has to be 100cc+ and if its 4 stroke it has to be 250+, the guy who told me this is likes to stretch the truth, or just make shit up to sound smart.

I think the applicable VC is this:
405. A "motor-driven cycle" is any motorcycle with a motor that displaces less than 150 cubic centimeters. A motor-driven cycle does not include a motorized bicycle, as defined in Section 406.
Combined with section 21960a, which says that freeways may restrict access to motordriven-cycles and motorized bicycles.
So if you're larger than 150cc, then you're a motorcycle and can't be restricted off the freeway.
