Getting reports from customers of tire orders from Revzilla that used to process/ship/arrive in 1-2 business days are now showing notifications of 3-5 business days for processing orders.
Back in the day Revzilla orders would amazingly somehow arrive in 1 business day.
Any others with recent Revzilla order/delivery timeline observations?
Possibly related to the buyout by Cycle Gear?
Just had a prolonged experience with Revzilla. Ordered a new helmet for myself, it was on closeout. Said shipping 3 days, took 8 days. Called about it on the third day, they then filled the order after getting off the phone with me.

I had a similar experience. Was yours an Arai? The little stock checker read that it was in stock and ready to ship, but it seemed to drop ship from somewhere else like a 3rd party distributor.
Another thing I thought I saw but not sure of: I recall looking at stock for another shop, their stock tracker seemed to show the exact same data as ZLA, distinct data for size, color, etc. Maybe Bike Bandit or Motorcycle Superstore. Is that possible?
Revzilla is still my favorite shop tho.

Maybe it's just tires slowing down.
I've also noticed that when shopping tires at Motorcycle Superstore their webpage jumps to the J&P Cycles webpage for some flavors of tires.
Can't speak on their processing times but just to make this clear, we did not buyout Revzilla. We both were acquired by PE and are owned by our parent company, Comoto. We operate as completely separate companies. Hopefully that eliminates any confusion.
You don't share anything? Your catalog is like 60% identical, there must be more than 0 sharing of business systems/infrastructure/ideas
It's a lot harder to just start sharing things like that than you think. Supply chains, client software, databases etc, can take years to combine.
J&P bought Motorcycle Superstore and appear to be shutting it down. Superstore shut down their preferred installer program several weeks ago and J&P does not seem interested in taking it over. It was a great service and probably good for guys like you.
New jr. blues clues data point: I recently ordered an item from ZLA's mild Rev'It sale. It said 8-10 days fulfillment time, fine by me, I'm not in a rush, I ordered it 8/24. No shipment as of today.
During my order, I noticed that the catalog stock for my item was exactly the same as Cycle Gear's site.
Example:

https://www.cyclegear.com/gear/revit-ignition-2-jacket (click Part Numbers tab)
See above, Cycle Gear what's your current status?
I guess private equity consultant engineers work quick!
