PoPo knows when the line was crossed, and proclaim "Deadly Weapon Vehicle" , I don't.
After the threat stops, why does it go back to an "Oopsy" pardon my Grille?
 
I'd say it's the same as shooting a home invader in the back on their way out, hard to prove there was a imminent threat at the time you pulled the trigger
