Why must tragedy strike? My heart hurts for you Beau as well as the rest of Jeff's world.
Why must these things always be presented with the verbiage that places the action on the rider not the driver. I'm certain it must pain all who know and care about this decent man to see it presented as he slamming into as opposed to he being cut off or hit.

They DID at least specify that the SUV turned into his path, though the "at an unknown speed" still leaves the wiggle room to shift the blame to the rider. I too wish they'd stop doing that.
Very very sorry for your loss Beau. It always stings to see a biker has been killed. It stings more to find that the fallen rider is a friend of a fellow BARFer whom I respect. May your pain be tempered by the good memories.
