ARRA says…
As an ARRA member, we need your assistance to pass SB 708. The legislation will support continued use of competition off-highway motorcycles (OHMs) due to the termination of California’s “Red Sticker Program.” The bill recently passed the California State Assembly and will be sent to Governor Newsom soon. Continued use of competition OHVs on public lands in California is in jeopardy without this legislation’s passage.

Our wise and wylie Gubnor better sign this one.

Time to start mass mailing good hair

I just followed the link Mr @Butch had in the OP to leginfo.org’s SB 708 info, there’s almost always a link from there to some “legislation analysis”—I often look at the legislative analysis to help explain to me what the issues are in some bit of new CA legislation. 😇

He signed it!!! Good Hair signed it!

Well. He must have known if he did not then I was going to harsh his vibe with more than good hair. :laughing

He should have signed it the first go round.

Permit goes into effect January 1st, 2026. Status quo for 2025 then?
