Our office purchased expensive adjustable chairs and a consultant on ergonomics. I ended up taking one of the straight back wooden chairs from the break room and putting a half roll of paper towels in the small of the back.

Oh I saw it. Did ya think I came up with that $1500 number randomly?
If you've never had back issues than of course it does. If you have, then spending 10x that much would seem reasonable to avoid the pain and dysfunction.Spending $1500 on a chair just seems crazy to me..
