SF to SD

Trying to see if anyone would be down to do a long ride down to SD w/ me and my passenger. We would be going from sf-hollister-highway 25-198-33-166- los padres national forest-etc.. Its going to be a long ass ride and we will stop halfway at a motel along the way. i dont have exact dates yet but im trying to figure out exactly what works for other people and the duration. Wanted to do a 4-5 day trip. If interested pm me and we will go from there. thanks guys!

Similar to the route I take but a bit shorter, I also do the whole thing in a day but I understand 600 mile in a day is just to long for most. Have a safe trip

Hmmmmm, this is tempting...

I did the Hwy 1 route a while back. Spent the night at Pismo, San Diego, back up 101. I don't think I'd do 1 again.

its going to be a blast i did this before with 2 friends, we went down to santa barbara all in one day... that was a fun event.. 1 friend crashed twice and that made the trip quite interesting lol

That will be a pretty nice trip. I actually did 25-198-33 down to LA last weekend on Friday and rode the canyons all weekend with a buddy, it was a nice mix of different road types. I bet that extra leg to SD will be fun. Splitting it up is a good idea..1200 miles on a KLR in 3 days left me pretty sore.

Ktm 690 SMC lol... this shall make for a fun ride. Was going to use my friend's gs but I didnt want to be liable for it. After I do this ride I will embark on my journey to the airforce. So fun filled next couple months
