No, it's not. It's called fair use. And John can use threatening language all he wants, but it's perfectly legal to CnP portions of the articles on RRW, or any other publication for that matter. Links to the original work are a common courtesy, but they're by no means legally required. Especially in this instance, where the case for fair use is so obvious.

Fair use would be using part of the article and then commenting about it, not posting the results without an attribution. Choosing Wiki for your source is pretty funny. Do you know if he was going to use portions or posting the entire article? I don't, but I'd bet it was all of it. Cutting and pasting an article from the RRW website for a post on Barf uses which of the following? commentary, criticism, news reporting, research, teaching or scholarship.
