OK, so im going Thunderhill on Monday for a private track day on Monday, and im doing another trackday on Tuesday.
there is no way im going to drive home monday night only to drive back super easy tuesday morning.
Can i sleep at the track in my car? like outside the gates?

You can sleep inside the track if you're riding with K@TT.

Don't let the chains on the fence fool you, it's not really locked.

(I got there after 12 a few weeks ago)

Or you can stay at the camp ground down the road a piece

cool...well im not gonna fit inside my truck its way to small and its only a 2 seater so the seats wont fold down...im just hoping that I can just sleep in the pits and leave the bike out and sleep in the bed of the truck :laughing

You will freeze your ass off, I think it was 40 when I was there.

I slept in the cab in a sleeping bag with the seat reclined (extra cab) and I was fine.

I slept on the paddock ground in June 2006, had a tent but forgot a cot or something to sleep on off the ground, It was 114 degrees that day and trust me, the asphalt held almost all that heat thru the night. Just get a room with someone and save some cash, don't worry, they won't bite...... unless you ask them too, which will probably cost you some $$

Best Western has the $50 late night massage truck driver package going on too! :teeth

Don't worry about the cold though, the thought of having that shiny gold Ohlins suspension should be enough to keeep you warm all night long :twofinger

Well I don't blame you, I'd rather sleep in a car at Thunderhill anyday compared to Monument Blvd. :rofl

Hey im on monument :twofinger Im moving tomorrow though but surprisingly my bike survived since june in a carport :thumbup whoooo hooo and now imma have a garage

Toe, you can just sleep while you ride, like Capirossi. :laughing

van w a/c and/or heat is the way to go if u want to sleep @ the track comfortably and on d cheap

otherwise u can camp. air matress, sleeping bag and tent
Split a room with someone. $30 each.
u guys are ballers. that adds up quite a bit if u goto the track alot

well I dont have access to a van, just my little ranger....single cab, so the seats barley lean back past vertical :cry

I just wanted to know if it was possible to sleep in the pits in the bed of the truck with some sleeping bags?
