Can you post pictures of any of the damage from the tip-over? I'm interested...
 
There is really no discernable damage per se. Light scratching on one muffler and rear peg. Most would see it as wear and tear since its not a new bike. Not going to take pics as a better route would be to see it firsthand.
 
if I had the money or was able to sell my RC fast enough to get it I would be all over this bike.
