if spotted please report it to the police.

[update]

possibly spotted my stolen r6 rolling with a group of riders on capital and tully.

the body might have been painted all black, the tail section was white with what looked like my motodynamics integrated tail lights. the wheels were white with yamaha's distinct 5 spoke design.

please keep an eye out, i was pumping gas at the arco near eastridge when they rolled by.

Good luck fingers crossed!

Apartment or condo carport parking + nice bike sooner or later equals no bike.

I'm guessing at least 80% of the bike theft reports here on BARF are from these unsecured apt/condo parking areas.

If you have no choice but to park nice toys outside in shared unsecured public parking areas the only thing you can do is spend more money on your insurance package for comprehensive (theft) coverage. Lojack is another option.

Fawk. Thats a clean looking r6 I hope you get it back in one piece.

hey wasnt this bike on craigslist recently? if it was you selling maybe think about if anyone sketchy had shown up to look at it.

I heard about this from fb :|

I hope you have comprehensive insurance through a good carrier :)

carport sadly :thumbdown

you can clearly see where they dragged it off, the kickstand left some marks in the concrete.

i just hope they recover it in one piece...

geez, dragged it? It has wheels and takes 1 second to put the kickstand up!
Hope its found...what a pretty bike.:(

i actually bought it from a friend back in december, what you saw was probably his ad.

haha they probably had difficulties due to the steering lock. all i can do is hope for the best

I live in San Jose and will keep an eye out. Hope you get it back. I fucking hate thieves.:mad

Pretty bike. I'll look out too. Good luck

thanks for the support and spreading the word ladies and gents.

so quick update, my stolen r6's plates was pulled up on a fast trak toll evasion. it said the date was 1/25/2011 but my bike wasn't stolen until 2/17/2011

am i missing something here? the picture they captured is some image of a tourer

just incase i'd appreciate it if sf barfers could keep an eye out. thanks

Picture isn't showing up, and The link won't let me view the pic b/c I'm not logged in as you/have your cookies, etc.

Maybe they fucked up the date or - even better - fucked up the plate and attributed it to you when it's not.
