Street Triple Issues

Error code: P0118 Coolant tempuratire sensor low voltage (short to ground or open circuit)

Looks like Ted was right. Ran TuneECU and got the above code.

Part ordered from bike bandit and hopefully on its way to me soon.

Took 2 whole weeks to get my sensor in from Bike Bandit/Triumph.

Going to have Lawrence install it Thursday. I found out where the sensor is, but it looks a bit complicated to get to and I cannot afford to put my bike out of commission with a botched install.

I'll gladly give Lawrence business and check out his new shop.
 
New sensor installed and the bike is again running properly.

So glad to have her back up and running as she should.
 
It's mad at you because you haven't found a new bolt for that tank mount.

EDIT...actually at first I was just being a smart ass. It's a long shot but could the tank be rubbing on something under it? It looks like it cracked over to the right a little based on the hole not being lined up with the tank mount.

I also have BOTH bolts now.
