Not too late - just show up by 10:45.

We'll have at least 3 if not 4+ groups at this rate - best to keep 'em to 10 or less with leaders/sweepers included.

We'll all go the same route and similar speeds; it's good to have groups to keep track of our fellow riders 'just in case'...

The last one or two groups can skip Alpine and just come back up 84 to 35 and meet us back at 9/35.

Pace will be newb-friendly, but Alpine Rd. is not - quite goaty - very narrow, windy, bumpy with several steep hairpin turns. I'd rather the newbs not take chance and miss the GP race! :laughing
