Superbike-coach cornering school

I agree with you guys, I was also a bit turn off by the way his classes are presented. But it seems everyone on this thread who has taken his classes had a great experience.
That's precisely why I came to you guys for feedback.

On the same topic, I think Can is not the only guy out there who as made skills and offers a real service to the community. For example Kevin Anderson an ex AMA D-36 champ, used to offer a Dirt Camp up in Orland North of T-hill. It was never promoted half as well as the mystery school, but Kevin's camp were the cheapest around and his advice very valuable.

I guess it's a good reminder that a book should not be judged by its cover.

Thanks again for the feedback folks

Edit: I actually did get to meet Kevin up at his place in Orland. He is such a character and really likeable. I recommend checking out his place any time you get the chance. Perfect place to learn to ride in the dirt.

Coach Can has some extreme abilities, you really have to follow him for yourself on the track, he is usually riding his project bike:

Personally he is able to tell me exactly where I'm thinking with my brain or feeling with my stomach on the track. I felt a really huge improvement from his coaching. I had no intentions of learning how to trail brake, but through a whole day of coaching we actually got there. It was unforgettable. So whenever you are ready for the track, make sure you get a good coach.

This picture is of Coach recording me at the knee down school. Everybody got plenty of time, and almost everybody got their knee down. But it definitely took several sessions of practice and reviewing. Plus as a group you get to watch each other practice. It is a really fun day, hope you can make it.

I took one of his classes before in Alameda. I forget which one now but it was awesome. Can is a standup guy. After the class we went to ride through Redwood rd to practice what we learned. I highly recommend his classes. Sorry i don't have much details because it was a long time ago but the thing that stands out is he is a great teacher and i got much more then what i was expecting out of his class.
