My new (to me) '08 GSX-R600. Sold the track bike, bought this to pull "double-duty" since I can't foot the bill for the variety of bikes I'd like anymore....

So far, so good, probably only put 50 miles on it myself so far...haven't taken it on any spirited rides yet...just got tires on it....time will tell. Last Gix I owned was a 2001 750.....never considered myself a "Suzuki guy" despite owning 4 or 5 of them, but now I have matching white Zook's (DRZ400 and the Gix)...guess I have to start riding in wifebeaters and sneakers....

Can't wait to try it at the track!

Just picked this up recently. First Gixxer. I'm generally a Honda guy, but I figured I'd probably never see another nearly perfect, stock, 1991 GSX-R 750 with only 1700 miles (!) so I couldn't resist. Last year of the oil-cooled motors, first of the upside-down forks.

Runs like a dream, rides like a dream. I can certainly understand why these were so popular when they came out.
