Got my first on Saturday! 4 hours, 1 session so far. My color will be done on the 15th. My artist is Jen Lee at Tattoo City. She just moved from Denver CO. So happy I found her!

The meaning: My grandpa was a B17 bomber gunner on the Grin'n Bare it in WW2. He flew 35 missions, which are represented by the 35 bomb punch outs. The original pin up girl was showing her breasts too but thats a bit much for me. :laughing The sparrows and star are a stylized version of the Hap Arnold symbol, the old Army Air Corps symbol from that era. I didn't want it to SCREEEAM military tattoo. :teeth

Oh, and my grandpa isn't deceased, it isn't a memorial tattoo. :)

so excited to have my consultation this month with Inky!! :thumbup I don't count my wrists, since they're just kanji, so my first REAL tattoo will be by BARF's own :toothless
