Just a heads up folks..i sold this bike to the bloke couple of weeks ago for 2k

Hes got it on craigslist for 3k..:thumbdown i was trying to hook a barfer up with a nice ride,fucker ends up flipping it..bike must of been to much for the pussy...So if he puts it on barf for sale..you know he only paid 2k for it.

OR he is simply doing the smart thing and asking high like you're supposed to because he knows he'll be hit with low ball offers probably around what he paid.

Let the guy be and let him sell it for whatever he wants, title is in HIS NAME (Im assuming you did that when he paid you the 2k for it) so its HIS BIKE! Let him do whatever, and when you say "he had no work done" obviously you had NO IDEA.

If it were a friend of yours that you gave a break to (the hook up) and he took advantage of the special relationship by acquiring the bike cheap then flipping, I'd be more sympathetic to your outrage. If it were an arms length transaction and you let it go cheap then it's his to sell for whatever he can get for it. Benefit of the bargain my friend. (If, in fact, he put work into it then all the more so). I, too, am glad he didn't get the rearstand! Hard to believe he'll get 3k outta it anyway.

As the poster above said, starting high to hopefully get his purchase price back and maybe some of the work he's got in it.
