Matthews hit him from behind...![]()
Arm looked like it was going forward to me. I say incomplete pass.

multiple dropped passes were killers, from both Cooper and Crabs. it was a big reason why they lost. they needed to lean on the most talented part of the offense at the time (the WRs). Coop and Crabs should have been like "yo Cook, just get us the ball and we'll do the rest." But they let the team down.
Another big reason was Penn missing the game via injury, and Hudson going down in the middle of the game. that's two pro bowl o-linemen: the left tackle and the center. even with Carr, that's super tough to overcome. Clowney was going to probably have a good game anyways, but he feasted on Watson, who made his first start at LT ever.
I think if the offense were able to get few first downs instead of dropping passes and missing blocks, that would have set up the defense to get after Osweiler a little more effectively. All in all the defense wasn't completely awful.
Everything was set up for them to get annihilated, but they were able to score 14 and were in the conversation for most of the game. That was promising.
. And super duper happy the Bungholes didn't even make the playoffs. I find it funny and satisfying that we haven't been graced with any fancy Bunghole post-game graphics posted by ElBakaloa this season.
Fucking awesome. Giants would do well to draft Eli's replacement in the mid rounds this year. Pat Mahomes or Davis Webb or something.

I'm worried Eli may be played out.

He didn't look played out when he was throwing the ball perfectly but it kept bouncing off Beckham's hands.![]()
Yeah, well, Like I said, based on Nassib's play in the pre-season, I have a sinking feeling that McAdoo's one look offense has been the problem all season.

And on the other side of the coin....![]()
Right? They were coming in all big and favorites and saw us creeping on the edge like...
Im going out on a limb and saying it will be Pittsburg vs Greenbay
So far my picks are panning out... I think KC/Pittsburg is gonna be a good game...
I think we have to address it, but mid-round QB's are kind if hit or miss. Nassib I think was a good find there, but I'm honestly worried that McAdoo is the problem, not Eli. I think last year, Coughlin was calling the offense and Eli was Nuclear powered. This year, the old OC is now the HC and Eli is flat, but what is more telling to me is Ryan Nassib our #2 for some years, who usually kills it in the preseason, stank it up this year. Really makes me think this is a coaching problem, not a player problem.
Right now, we don't have any real brutal needs other than a development QB and maybe a RB. Depth on the O-Line is a need, particularly at the vaunted Tackle position. LB is still a serious need, but apparently our GM gives not a fuck about that job, so it isn't worth mentioning. I think NYG goes with the typical, "Best Player Available Strategy."
Yup, don't forget that Pittsburgh almost beat the eventual Super Bowl champ Broncos in the playoffs last year.
iirc without Brown, Bell, Williams, and a very banged up Ben too
Yeah, Green Bay and Pitt could be a legit Superbowl this year. That would be awesome to have those two historic franchises in together. It is so rare that the AFC gets to put a properly dignified (More than 65 years old) football team into the Superbowl.
