How should one carry this on a bike? Car? Are there special rules for school zones? Does an officer have to visually estimate the yield before he can use a measuring device?

A couple months ago one of the truck scales' sensor went off and had to be evacuated. I think it was just a residual amount from the rig going through.

If you ever see a convoy of dark blue Fords with gov plates and no markings, steer clear

Just remember to immediately ask for your attorney upon being stopped and contacted by the officer.

Consent to nothing. Question everything. :thumbup

I think those are the guys based at Hayward airport,no?

Santa Cruz is a nuclear free zone, so all nuclear blasts automatically stop at the city limits.

I don't know much about them. One of my academy classmates used to work for the DOE for the escorts. Funny because we have a class about what to do if we come into contact with the conveys, and the Cadet was the instructor :laughing

I've only seem them once on I-80, but I image they roll through Dublin to Lawrence all the time

Open carry of nuclear weapons used to be okay, but it was recently outlawed by the California legislature. Killjoys. Now if you want to carry your nuclear device, you have to have a CCN (Carry Concealed Nuke) permit issued by your local sheriff, and you've got to keep it undercover at all times.

Hope this helps.

I encountered them a few times when I was working at the Livermore scales.

You can't hug your kids with nuclear arms.
